Karen Cappello Mentor Coach & Trainer

Welcome to my World!

I am so pleased that you have found your way to my blog.

Thanks for stopping by to spend a bit of time with me.

I am passionate about supporting new coaches to develop successful coaching practices with ease and joy.  Please indulge me if you have read through the rest of my website and you already know this. I am including it here in case a coach has jumped right to this page.

A Robust Coaching Practice from the Very Beginning

Karen Cappello is the mentor coach for new coaches! She has created a robust practice through leading edge spiritual techniques. In the first month of her coaching practice, Karen had 8 paying clients. She served over 30 clients and logged in almost 300 coaching hours in less than one year.  She also obtained her Professional Certified Coach designation after only two years of coaching.

In addition to coaching coaches, Karen has trained coaches for three different coach training organizations.  She has given keynote speeches, presented on graduate teleforums for coaches, given teleseminars, written ebooks and facilitated coaching groups in addition to coaching individual clients.

A Lifelong Leader in Business and Community

Karen first became a hospice volunteer in 1997, and that is the community service that she has been most proud of.  She has also been involved in training the volunteers of Tucson’s Youth On Their Own Program, as well as serving on numerous non-profit boards and participating in Arizona’s state leadership program.

A Zest for Coaching and Spirituality

In every area of her business and life, Karen’s passion for both coaching and spirituality is evident.   With her exuberant style and her commitment to living by her own values, vision and purpose, Karen is a role model for other coaches who want to develop their practices and achieve success with ease and joy.

What a Life!

by Karen Cappello

I live in Tucson, Arizona, in the foothills of the Santa Catalina mountains.  After growing up in the midwest, I love the warmth and the casual atmosphere in the southwest — I feel like I am on a perpetual vacation!

I was raised in the suburbs of Chicago, in a Catholic family of Italian heritage.  I am the oldest of six children, and the first person on either side of the family to get a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.

Personal favorites:  spa days, mojitos, watsu (water shiatsu), spa days, the movie “Truly, Madly, Deeply,” lobster on the beach, the latest self-development book, warm weather, did I mention spa days

Beyond Rose Colored Glasses

I have an outgoing personality and I am a very positive person. I see the glass not as half-empty or full, but as overflowing.

I have an unwavering belief in the infinite resourcefulness of each individual, and I truly believe that whatever question anyone can think of to ask, that they have the answer already within them. I also have an uncanny ability to speak the truth in a powerful way so that others can hear it clearly and take action on it.

It has been and continues to be my deep privilege to coach.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or insights you would like to share with me.  By phone, you can reach me at 520-299-0001.

From April-October, we are on US Pacific daylight savings time, and from November-March, we are on US Mountain standard time.  Arizona does not change time at all.  Quite an oxymoron for someone like me who embraces change so wholeheartedly to be living in a state that does not change at all!

I would like to share with you one of my very favorite quotes with you.  This is the message that I feel each coach gives to his/her clients.

“Through the darkness, I can see your light.  And you will always shine.  And I can feel your heart in mine.”                  -Josh Groban

Thank you for being a bright light in this world!

Love and Great Joy,
